To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call Lamps Plus at 877-704-2425 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to ship back to us. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.
Returning a Lamps Plus Store Purchase
You may return a purchase made at one of our retail stores to any Lamps Plus location.
Returning or Exchanging Delivered Furniture
Furniture and rug purchases cannot be returned to a Lamps Plus store location. They must be shipped back to our warehouse. These items must be returned using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
Returning Online Purchases Made at Amazon and Other Marketplaces
If you purchased from Lamps Plus through Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, Google Shopping, Target.com, or other marketplaces, please log into your marketplace account to initiate your return; all returns must be initiated through these websites. Purchases made through these marketplaces and storefronts cannot be returned to a Lamps Plus retail location.
International Customers
Please note that all sales on international orders are final. The exceptions are orders shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, FPO, and APO addresses.
Lamps Plus No Restocking Fee Policy
If your return falls within Lamps Plus 60-day return policy, Lamps Plus will not charge a restocking fee on items purchased that are part of their regular assortment from a Lamps Plus store, in-store kiosk, or online at LampsPlus.com.
They do apply a restocking fee to items that are specially ordered and not included in the regular assortment online or in-store. Specially ordered items that are returned or canceled are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item price.
Room of Choice Delivery items are also subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the item price. This policy only applies to returns for refunds that do not involve shipping damage or product defects.
Please note that all returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. Merchandise returned with cut wires or loose crystal will be subject to a $50 fee.
Lamps Plus accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards for online purchases on LampsPlus.com. Please note that these payment options are available only in the US and US territories. PayPal and PayPal Later are available as payment options at checkout. Personal checks, purchase orders, and money orders are also accepted, but you must first call in your order at 800-782-1967.
Does Lamps Plus have a minimum order policy?
Yes, Lamps Plus requires a minimum online order of $10 at LampsPlus.com. The vast majority of our items are more than $10 so this usually isn't a problem, but for smaller items, Lamps Plus needs a minimum dollar amount to meet minimum shipping and handling charges.
The Lamps Plus One-Year Warranty states that they will repair or, at their option, replace at no charge, your purchase within one year of the purchase date should you discover any defect in materials or workmanship. To obtain service for an item under warranty, please bring the product, your original receipt, and this warranty to your closest Lamps Plus store, or contact our Customer Service department at 877-704-2425. If you are a member of our Professionals program, call 800-304-8120. All items must be brought into a Lamps Plus Store or returned to Lamps Plus for service.
